Part three of three. Mulder finds a photograph proving his father was involved in the conspiracy. He and Scully go in search of one of the other men in the picture, a former Nazi scientist involved in experiments on aliens. The agents head for a mine where the conspiracy's records are hidden, while Skinner takes the stolen files and tries to bargain for their lives with the Cigarette Smoking Man
