The night before Valentine's Day, 2022, Thames Valley Police receive a 999 call reporting that someone has been attacked close to Banbury town centre - officers are dispatched and find that the victim is 40-year-old Keith Green, who is pronounced dead at the scene and an armed arrest unit conducts an immediate raid on two potentially dangerous suspects.
