The comedian travels across the country on the 50th anniversary of the withdrawal of US forces from Saigon. Bill meets a chef who was an asylum seeker during the war, who prepares a meal of produce from the famous Hoi An markets. However, fancy cuisine requires fancy attire, and with the world-renowned tailors of Hoi An close by, will Bill find a suit that sparkles like the lights of the lantern festival?
