In Jonathan and Drew's opinion, homeowners in the US and Canada live among housing horrors, dreadful designs and poky places. So they use their expertise to unlock the doors to rejuvenating renovations and heavenly homes. David, a widowed father of five, is planning to downsize so he can afford to pay for college tuition. Jonathan gets the whole family involved in the revamping, while Drew tries to find their new home. But as David finds fault with all the houses he visits, is he really ready for a fresh start?
