Wales v South Africa (Kick-off 7.15pm). Catrin Heledd presents all the action from both teams' opening match of the WXV Global Series women's competition, held at Cardiff Arms Park. This is the first of four contests for Wales, with a game here against USA and two fixtures away to Japan to follow, and they will hope to improve on their disappointing Six Nations showing, which saw them lose all five matches. They have won six of their previous eight meetings with the South Africans, but the Springboks have improved in recent years, as demonstrated in their run to the quarter-finals of the 2025 Rugby World Cup
