Three couples from Guernsey and Alderney compete for the £1,000 cash prize. Sophie and Turk begin the competition with a locally sourced menu, but dessert proves to be their downfall. Night two sees Dudley and Karla make South African-inspired food which is too spicy for some, and the final evening sees Bobbie and Jamie treat their guests to a simple fish dinner
