Part two of two. Scully learns Emily is her daughter, apparently conceived during her abduction. While she fights for custody of the child, Emily's health begins to deteriorate and she shows signs of being an alien human hybrid. Mulder goes in search of evidence of the experiment that created Emily in the hope of finding a cure for her condition
