The Walkers are Noel and Sue Radford's best friends and over the years they have been through a lot together. Their 17-year-old daughter Sophie has been battling cancer for seven years, but things have taken a turn for the worse, with doctors discovering a tumour on her spine. On hearing the news, the Radfords race to Edinburgh to support their friends. But when faced with such overwhelming heartache, is there anything anyone can do?
