Simon Parfett and the team travel to Hampshire this week to join Kerie and Dave on their land on the border of the South Downs National Park. Nestled in this picturesque woodland lies an old shepherd's hut and pigsty which Kerie and Dave dream of renovating in to a B&B business. Simon and the team help turn these abandoned dwellings in to an enchanting holiday destination by converting a pigsty into a quirky bunkhouse, revamping the shepherd's hut, and building a spacious outdoor kitchen fitted with one-of-a-kind riding saddle seats
