Rebecca Uí Chonaola visits McNally's family farm just a few kilometres out from the seaside town of Balbriggan in north county Dublin. Between showers she manages to prepare some courgette linguini with courgette caponata and some home-made plant-based ricotta. In the studio, Niall Ó Conchúir cracks on with some other summer produce, he whips up a vegan take on a classic Turkish aubergine dish and he makes a very summery strawberry pannacotta
