Derek Brockway's walk in Cardigan Bay has something for everyone. For the first half he's at one with nature as he explores one of Britain's largest and oldest raised peat bogs. His route then takes him to a unique railway museum, filled with nostalgia and he also discovers the legend of Cantre Gwaelod at Sarn Cynfelyn where the shingle spit stretches an incredible 11kms out to sea. He finishes at the university town of Aberystwyth with its Victorian cliff-top pleasure park, complete with camera obscura. Derek also has a go at paddle-boarding - which has its challenges
