In Birmingham, paramedics help a 24-year-old man who is having an epileptic seizure in a supermarket. However, as they take him to hospital he suffers another attack. Meanwhile, an ambulance crew treats an elderly woman whose nose won't stop bleeding. In Coventry, a paramedic team tries to persuade a 74-year-old woman to get treatment for pneumonia, only to discover that her husband also requires medical assistance
