Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer go head to head as they meet Nikki and Bash from Birmingham. After living in their three-bed house for 15 years Bash thinks it's time for them and their three children to move to a sizeable home in the countryside. While Nikki agrees the house isn't right for them she thinks with the help of Kirstie and their budget of £80-100,000 they can make it work and not have to move away from friends and family. Phil takes his budget of £650,000 and searches for a house that will make them both happy
