DC Lee Primonato from the dedicated Guns & Gangs unit immediately suspects that yet another child has been drawn into serious drug dealing and that the boy will, eventually, be found in a drug den. Recruiting children to hold a phone where drugs are ordered by customers has become an essential part of gangs' business model; because it makes it harder for the police.
