First-time buyers Gemma and Scott have taken on a house in York that has been untouched for decades. Their plan is to renovate the entire property but their budget is tight. Enter Scarlette and Stuart Douglas, who suggest the novices should knock down the garage to free up an incredible garden space and uncover some of the original features hidden away by the previous owners. However, they face a running battle to convince Gemma and Scott to turn one of the bedrooms into a stylish bathroom
