Ben Fogle takes the three finalists to Zambia for the last challenge. The contestants have to fish on the river Zambezi, both on the banks and from dugout canoes - but they will have competition for a catch from the local wildlife. Among the species to be found in these waters are vundu catfish and the piranha-like tiger fish. Matt Hayes seeks the input of a local fisherman in judging their efforts and choosing a winner
