Gordon Ramsay heads to New Orleans, Louisiana to help the owner of Blake's Place, a small Creole-Italian restaurant that has lost sight of the most crucial aspect of an eatery's reputation - executing delicious and memorable dishes. The restaurant has spiralled into chaos, and owner Blake Cressey hasn't taken a salary in six months.
