Documentary following police officers and detectives as they attempt to identify those responsible for criminal acts. A mass street brawl in the Lincolnshire town of Grimsby leaves innocent bystanders with serious injuries - one with a critical head wound caused by a swinging crowbar. Police arrest three suspects at the scene and must identify the person responsible with the help of witness and suspect interviews - but it becomes a race against time when detectives hear that one of the suspects is trying to flee the UK to Romania
