Skinner assigns Mulder and Scully to investigate the murder of a general, believing a militant group are responsible and planning to kill several other military officials. The key suspect is a Vietnam veteran who was rescued from captivity by the militants. Mulder realises the killer has the ability to hide himself from human sight - and that the government has sanctioned his actions
