Derek Brockway heads off on two contrasting walks, one down by the sea and the other up in the hills. He begins by taking a hop across the water from Tenby to Caldey Island. Well-known for its monastery, monks and lavender perfume, it's also ideal for a sunny stroll. He then takes a circular walk around Carreg Cennen, one of the most dramatic, photogenic and romantic castles in Wales
