After 50 years in the same house, Brian has had enough and wants a more spacious home in the countryside with more storage for his hobbies. Kirstie comes up with a plan to make their existing home feel brand new while Phil heads out to find a future-proof property with accessible ground floor accommodation to suit Brian's health needs
