A suspected disqualified driver fails to stop for officers, hitting speeds in excess of 150 miles per hour. But in severe and dangerous weather conditions, the speeder disappears. Police cameras spot a suspected illegal vehicle at a petrol station and despite having a licence, the driver is unable to prove he's got insurance for the car
