Leithreas Lugh enjoys Halloween by scaring all the trick or treaters who knock on the door of his lair. He flushes himself back to 1925, to just before work begins on the Ardnacrusha Power Station, to make sure it never even gets started. The Truth Heroes are in their den when the power goes off. The time machine barely has enough power to stay on so they can't find out what went wrong. They have to jump back to 1925 before it turns off
