Beautician and amateur vlogger Danielle faces an impossible decision when she goes for Botox, mum-of-six Natalee plans a surprise 13th birthday party for her daughter - but she is on a tight budget - and aspiring singer Stephanie hopes to get back on stage as a way of providing for her family
