Officers attend a road traffic collision in bad weather in which a motorcyclist is trapped under a car, and get there to find locals including an off-duty nurse have come together to assist while waiting for an ambulance to arrive. Near Chesterfield, a suspected uninsured and unlicensed driver recklessly fails to stop, speeding past young children in a local housing estate before disappearing. After a long search, the car is found parked up near a suspect's address, and an investigation begins to identify the driver
