A new student enrols in the imposing form of a four-year-old newfador called Ruby. Eight-stone of solid dog, Ruby refuses to budge when owners Nichola and Zeal take her for a walk. However, trainers Sean and Kamal realise there's more to Ruby's stubbornness than meets the eye. Six-year-old Maltese Bichon cross Marco arrives with fed-up owner Beth in tow. Beth inherited Marco from her late father - and Marco's repaying the favour by ignoring every word Beth says
