Despite having physical challenges of her own, young mum Phillipa supports other disabled families and individuals in the area, going above and beyond to make sure they have all the help they need. The garden features a mini-dinosaur kingdom play area, a natural-looking water feature and a vertical grow-your-own vegetable plot, and the team succeeds in transforming the family's modest suburban plot into a slice of the great outdoors with something for each of them
