In Leitrim, a group of friends use their canoeing skills to navigate a monster paddle board. The River Shannon runs through the county and it has a multitude of other rivers, lakes and waterfalls. These mates kick off the day canoeing before they head to the famous 50ft high Glencar Waterfall that spills down the side of Benbulben. They then head to Mullaghmore beach in Co Sligo to tackle a monster paddleboard
