Business gurus Nigel and Sue swap lives with parcel courier Damian and care-worker Becki, who have big dreams of running their own businesses. Nigel and Sue live in Solihull in their £1.5 million house and jointly own and run one of Europe's biggest business advice centres, while Becki, her two adult children and partner Damien live in a housing association semi-detached In Lincoln. The couple work long hours, but after paying bills and rent, manage on just £30 a week for food. When they swap jobs and budgets for a week, Becki can't believe her eyes when she realises they have £2,000 to spend. Nigel and Sue try their hand at delivering parcels and cooking an air-fryer spaghetti bolognese, while Becky and Damien have their own private chef and pool. When both families meet at the end of the week, there are tears of joy and a life-changing gift
