Kevin McCloud meets entrepreneur Piers and police officer Emma, who bought a folly next to their home in the West Midlands with plans to knock it down and replace it with a sprawling 21st-century castle. With plans to have a tower, castellations, a moat, arrow slits, loggia courtyards and futuristic technology, it's set to be the first new listed castle in the UK for 100 years. It is also the biggest building ever featured on the show - and it doesn't take long before the couple's budget begins to soar
