The Michelin-starred chef creates dishes inspired by some of his favourite takeaway foods, starting with a puff pastry pizza topped with crispy beef. He cooks an upmarket version of a doner kebab in which he swaps the usual lamb for duck and shows how to make a grown-up doughnut stuffed with an innovative chocolate filling that tastes of Turkish delight. Tom also comes up with a twist on the traditional Cornish pasty by replacing meat with smoked haddock and prepares burgers made with real ham to feed spectators at a greyhound track
