Phil Spencer returns to Cullercoats on North Tyneside to catch up with Mark and Suze, who were unable to agree on what to do with their four-bedroom Victorian town house. When Kirstie and Phil first met the couple nine months earlier, emotional ties to their home had left them in limbo, with Suzie feeling like she was unable to leave, but Mark longed to move into a bigger home with a better layout for their family. Now, Phil returns to find out if they followed through with their decision
