A man arrives after an episode of abdominal pain so severe it made him vomit and seek help in A&E the night before, while a woman is suffering insomnia, which in turn may be triggering depression. Nurse Rosie issues a warning to patient Pat when her blood tests reveal her sugar levels have skyrocketed and Dr Arif treats a baby with constipation
