In a bustling downtown market, he gets a workout with a team who are getting the market-goers fit, and he meets an organic chef in an open-air seafood market to pick up some fresh red snapper, shrimp and prawns. He also hits the studio with talented young musicians and experiences the vibrancy of Nigerian art
