Volunteers led by Anneka Rice refurbish the dilapidated barracks of Luton Sea Cadets, as well as build a river pontoon to help bring the sea to the organisation's landlocked members. Anneka also has to design and mint a medal to commemorate the grand opening of the Sea Cadets' base
