Back in 2013, Phil Spencer helped retirees Peggy and Jon relocate from Derby to Norfolk so they could fulfil their dream of living by the sea, and two years earlier Kirstie was in Devon with local newlyweds Jamie and Sam, who needed help to spend an inheritance wisely. How have their lives changed since their original property search?
