Biff and Chip have worked hard to produce their very own newspaper, so they're understandably concerned when they realise that they haven't got a big story for the front page. They soon find inspiration in the form of Kipper's wobbly tooth. It gives them the genius idea that they could convince the tooth fairy to tell them all her secrets so they can write about it in their newspaper. The problem is that they need to catch the tooth fairy in the act.
