Ussy and Bobsey host at Optimal Apartments, their luxury self-catering digs in the heart of Bradford. Unfortunately for the hosts, some of their guests aren't sure that flat-pack furniture equates to luxury. At least a boating trip in the local park is a smash hit - but the success doesn't prevent the hosts from having a sinking feeling at feedback time
