The bakers are hoping for a Hollywood handshake this week as they tackle bread, the steely-eyed judge's speciality. They begin by putting their stamp on a classic pizza, then are asked to make a classic pastry in the technical challenge. For the showstopper, they tackle the decorative Danish sandwich cake the smorgastarta. Who will claim star baker - and who will be hanging up their apron?
