The two highest-scoring chefs from central England must go head-to-head and cook their six-course menus again. Tom Kerridge, Lorna McNee and Phil Wang are joined by acclaimed film producer, Bafta winner and Oscar nominee Alison Owen. Only one of the chefs will triumph and go through to represent central England at the national finals. Andi Oliver presents
