Chefs from London and the South East serve up their canapes, starters and fish dishes on an animation and illustration theme. Their vegan starters include a carrot dish paying tribute to Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh, a Gruffalo-inspired scrambled snake dish in an Indian street food style and a Caribbean green soup, similar to the one that the Clangers used to enjoy. Fish dishes include pan-fried halibut celebrating Pingu and a Filipino rhubarb sinigang broth paired with confit sea trout paying homage to Beatrix Potter's Jeremy Fisher
