Clare Balding presents continued coverage of day three of the Grand Slam tournament, held at the All England Club, where second-round matches in the men's and ladies' singles are scheduled to continue. Home favourite Emma Raducanu dropped just three games when defeating Elise Mertens at this stage last year, showing the form that saw her win the US Open in 2021. The attritional first-round match between Thanasi Kokkinakis and Félix Auger-Aliassime also finally reached a conclusion on No. 2 Court, with the former taking the honours. The players will still be acclimatising to the grass courts, with the grass season becoming ever shorter, and the unseeded qualifiers will know that the early rounds provide their best chance of causing an upset
