Phil Spencer catches up with two previous couples to see how their lives have changed since. In 2016, Cara and Ben realised that in order to have the space they wanted they'd need to move out of London, prompting a search of Essex. There's also a revisit to Steve and Sally, who wanted to relocate to the Warwickshire countryside in 2014. They had a long wish list for their ideal property, plus the added pressure of finding a home before the birth of their first child
