Ainsley makes beetroot and carrot patties with a vegan horseradish yoghurt, Tristan brings his passion for zero-waste cooking to the kitchen with his honey and lemon roasted carrots with spiced-up beans, and Philli uses her knowledge of Japanese cuisine to make a summer vegetable pancake with garlic aioli
