A four-car crash in Manchester's rush hour puts the patrollers under pressure and a family are left stranded at the side of the motorway when their vehicle conks out. Throughout the night, maintenance is carried out on the carriageways, which involves clearing up litter thrown out of car windows by unscrupulous drivers
