He meets with psychologists at Sunderland University to try to understand the male mental health crisis, before observing a very different approach to therapy for men. Danny's journey ends with an emotional day at a Jungian male retreat, where like-minded men are trying to figure out how men can evolve their masculinity, rather than abandon it, in the search for a happy future for men
