Andy, his wife Vicky and her daughter Ava's dog is expecting puppies. However, after a scan with vet Dr Bolu Eso shows healthy puppies, Belle runs into problems. Meanwhile, newly-weds Nick and Krissy, along with Krissy's son Caleb, have been expanding their animal family to a dog, four cats and a rabbit. Now, their cat Koko is pregnant and vet Dr James Greenwood needs to scan her to find out if the litter is growing as expected. However, it's the news after the kittens are born that brings James back to help
