The actress explores the country's history, food and culture, beginning in Paris, where she finds out about the haute cuisine tradition of the art of the table at Alain Ducasse's restaurant Le Meurice. She also meets young chefs leading a new food scene that blends French technique with global influences, including Mory Sacko at MoSuke and Hanz Gueco at Le Cheval d'Or
