Walk-On's is a sports bar chain with plans to double in size, but whether its 4,000 employees are ready to make this audacious move is unclear. Founder Brandon Landry and co-owner, NFL champion New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees hope to find out by hiding in plain sight, joining staff on the front line in their restaurants. They meet a kitchen porter, an assistant manager and a dock supervisor for their main shrimp supplier, in a bid to get to the heart of their business. In the end, Brandon and Drew reveal their true identities and help make their employees' dreams a reality.
