At Château du Puits es Pratx, Tim struggles to get a 100-year-old olive tree into position at the back of the chateau without destroying Sasha's precious flower beds. Meanwhile, Christina and Sassan finally get the keys and move into Chateau de Lassalle. While they tot up the many jobs they need to do inside and out, they find a toilet in a rather strange place. Over in the Dordogne region of France, chef Tim starts building the dream as he and Krys begin work on their commercial kitchen that will one day help them feed paying guests
